Hi, I'm Matthew Davis. I started Davis Clean Truck Check after years of watching diesel truck owners get jerked around by shops that didn't understand the CARB Clean Truck Check program — long waits, surprise fees, failed inspections with no explanation.
My business is simple: I show up at your truck, I do the test the right way, and I submit the result to CARB the same day. If your truck needs a repair to pass, I'll tell you straight — and if you fix it and want me back within 30 days, the retest is on me.
I work all over Riverside County, Orange County, and surrounding areas — from the Inland Empire out to the Coachella Valley and up into Orange County. I test all diesels: OBD for 2013 and newer, OVI for 2012 and under. Owner-operators, small fleets, and big yards — all welcome.
