Opacity Visual Inspection (OVI)

Required for 2012 and under diesel trucks, plus any rig flagged by CARB or that can't be read by OBD.

- Full under-hood and tailpipe visual inspection
- Written report — pass or fail, with reasons
- 30–45 minutes on site
- Honest diagnosis if a repair is needed before retest
